摘　　要：网络的飞速发展,给大学生的学习和生活带来了极大的便利,但同时也对大学生运用和驾驭互联网的能力进行了考验。不恰当的使用网络,会造成大学生的网络成瘾。对于网瘾大学生,我们要用科学的方法有效帮助其转入正常的学习生活轨道。The rapid development of network, brings great convenience to students' study and life, also on the university students to use and manage the Internet capable. The inappropriate use of network, will cause the students' Internet addiction. For Internet addiction of college students, we should use the scientific method to help them into learning and normal life.
