摘  要:导游信息传递及施事的成功与否,其过程本身伴随人际关系的维护,即导游与游客之间人际关系的维护。导游职业作为服务行业,善于交际、成功的导游员会在短时间内,通过语言选择,使用具有语用缓和功能的模糊限制语、礼貌用语等,言辞委婉,避免言辞武断、强加于人,避免或消除冲突,以营造和谐氛围,构建和谐人际关系,即"和谐取向"。经过研究发现,成功的导游员缓和性话语遵循礼貌原则,导游缓和性话语中的语用模糊、称呼语以及支持性附加语—行为述因语等是话语缓和趋同的体现,提高话语可接受性,降低面子威胁度。The transfer of information and the agent's success, the process itself is accompanied by the maintenance of interpersonal relationship, the maintenance of interpersonal relationship between tour guides and tourists. The tour guide occupation as a service industry, good at communication, the successful tour guides will in a short period of time, through the choice of language, using fuzzy pragmatic relaxation function of hedges, politeness, euphemism words, words, avoid arbitrary foist one's opinions upon others, to avoid or eliminate the conflict, in order to create harmonious atmosphere, harmonious interpersonal relationship, namely 'the harmonious orientation'. After the research discovery, the successful tour guides to ease the utterance politeness principle, the tour guide to ease the pragmatic functions of discourse in the fuzzy, appellation and support additional language behavior because of language is the embodiment of the discourse moderate convergence, improve the acceptability of discourse, reduce the degree of face threat.
