摘　　要：行政管理工作作为独立学院日常工作的基础,直接影响着独立学院的健康发展。本文着眼于独立学院行政管理队伍建设的现状,分析出现问题的原因并提出优化行政管理队伍建设的途径。Administrative work as the basis for independent college daily work, directly affects the healthy development of independent college. This paper focuses on thestatus of the construction of administrative staff of independent college, analyses the causes of the problems and put forward the way to optimize the construction of administrative management team.
