摘　　要：本课题重点对河北工程大学高水平篮球运动队发展中教练员队伍建设过程中所面临的主要问题进行实例研究,通过近几年的积极探索与论证,河北工程大学在教练员队伍建设过程中出现的人才培养机制、梯队建设、教练员岗位激励与竞聘等方面的问题进行创造性的建设与实践,并取得了一定的成功,因此该研究对于推进全国普通高校高水平运动队教练员队伍的建设具有积极的指导作用。This topic focus on high-level basketball teams in hebei university of engineering in the process of developing the coach team construction, the main problems faced by case study. Through the positive exploration and argument in recent years, hebei university of engineering in the construction of the coach team in the process of personnel training mechanism, the echelon construction, position incentive and coaches in problem for the construction and practice of creative, and achieved some success. Therefore the study to promote the high level sports teams in common institutes of higher learning in China has a positive role in guiding the construction of the coach team.
