摘　　要：吕叔湘先生是国内外享有盛名的语言学家,他也是近代汉语语法研究的创始人。本文主要是对吕叔湘的《汉语语法分析问题》进行介绍并对其结构特点进行剖析,同时指出其鲜明特点、价值地位及不足之处。Mr Lv Shu-xiang is a prestigious linguists both at home and abroad, he is also the founder of modern Chinese grammar studies. In this paper, the problem of Chinese grammar analysis of Lv Shu-xiang is introduced and its structure characteristics are analyzed, at the same time, points out its characteristics, value status and shortcomings.
