摘　　要：高校辅导员是高校教师的重要组成部分。在高校学生的思想政治工作中,其扮演着至关重要的角色。由于当前形势的变化,辅导员工作岗位要求不断提高,因此,加快推进高校辅导员专业化建设,加速提升辅导员的整体职业能力迫在眉睫。本文拟从高校辅导员职业能力提升的意义谈起,就当前高校辅导员队伍职业能力提升的不利因素,究其原因,并探索性地提出相应应对策略,以期对提升高校辅导员队伍职业能力具有借鉴意义。College counselor is an important part of college teachers. In the students' ideological and political work in colleges and universities, plays an important role. Due to the changes of the current situation, the counselor job requirement enhances unceasingly, therefore, it is important to accelerate the construction of college counselor specialization, accelerating enhance the overall professional ability of the counselor. Promote college counselors professional ability is discussed in this paper, the significance of and unfavorable factors, and put forward coping strategies, exploratory hopes to be helpful to improve professional ability of headteachers' construction.
