摘　　要：由于诸多因素的影响,滇西农村土地流转存在着许多的问题和困难,需要采取积极有效的措施进行应对。Due to the influence of many factors, there are many western Yunnan rural land circulation problems and difficulties, need to take positive and effective measures to cope with it.
