摘 要:目前,建筑行业在国内发展迅速,建筑节能已成为节约能源的一种有效方式。医院作为大型公共建筑的一种,其建设发展迅猛,医院的医疗成本不断提高,运行的能耗也日趋增加,因此,降低医院的能耗已成为一种有效的节能措施。现以某综合医院为研究对象,分析了医院建筑能耗情况及在用能方面存在的问题,并从建筑的照明系统、用电系统、采暖系统等方面进行节能改造,提出改造措施,计算出单位建筑面积能耗减少量,和相当减少CO2排放量,达到建筑节能的效果。At present, construction industry has developed rapidly in China, building energy conservation has become an effective way of managing sources of energy. As a kind of large public buildings, the hospital construction is developing rapidly, the medical costs is raising, and the energy consumption is increasing, therefore, reducing the energy consumption of hospital is becoming an effective measure of saving energy. Now, regarding a hospital project as the research object, we count the use of energy, and get the building energy consumption; And we also evaluate the use of energy about the building from the building's lighting system, power system, heating system and so on, then we analyse the problems of using energy, put some improvement measures, and make the energy consumption of unit building area, which is equal to reduse CO2, so as to achieve the modern building energy efficiency standards.
