摘　　要：长期以来由于传统教育机制与人员培训模式影响,我国高校体育人无论在市场经济条件下还是人力资源储备方面都遗留应变迟钝隐患,后期培养的人才亦难以深度贯彻品牌竞争优势地位。为了一改过往消极颓废景象,涉及高校体育文化人创新培养机制必须挺身而出。本文具体应用逻辑推理与管理学知识分析我国高校体育在市场核心竞争潜质,将一切需要面临的挑战危机与课程改革经验梳理完全;同时在此基础上开创全新培育路径,明确人才定位核心价值,对外扩建战略联盟架构,令学生综合素质水准上升至另一等级层次。For a long time because of the influence of traditional education mechanism and personnel training mode,our country university sports human resources reserve is insufficient,cultivate talents of the late depth is also difficult to implement brand competition advantage.In order to change the past negative decadent,must train mechanism innovation.This article uses logic reasoning and knowledge of management analyzes our country university sports core competition in the market potential,comb the crisis and the curriculum reform experience;At the same time create a new cultivating way,clear the core value of talent localization,the expansion of the strategic alliance structure,make the students' comprehensive quality level rise to another level.
