摘　　要：煤炭企业工伤事故和职业病频发,早已成为社会高度关注的问题。本文基于"三位一体"的煤炭企业工伤保险体系研究以及在煤炭企业实施工伤预防的重要性分析,提倡构建以科学的工伤预防体系为先导的工伤保险体系。Inductrial injury accident occurred frequently coal enterprises,has been a problem of social attention.This paper analyzes the "holy trinity" of coal enterprise' inductrial injury insurance system,and in the coal enterprises to implement the importance of injury prevention,promote to build the scientific inductrial injury prevention system as the forerunner of inductrial injury insurance system.
