摘  要:采用双四氢糠丙烷(DTHFP)/四氢呋喃(THF)二元调节体系作为结构调节剂阴离子法制备了苯乙烯-丁二烯-异戊二烯嵌段共聚物,研究了其选择性加氢产物的性能。DTHFP/THF复合调节体系比THF单独调节活性更高,3,4-PI含量较低,调节效果更为理想。以环己烷为溶剂,采用三段或者两段加料法,双四氢糠丙烷和丁基锂的摩尔比为n(DTHFP)/n(Li)=0.25,THF和丁基锂摩尔比为n(THF)/n(Li)=4.2,合成了苯乙烯-氢化(丁二烯/异戊二烯)嵌段共聚物(EPEBS)和苯乙烯-氢化异戊二烯共聚物(SEP),对其性能进行比较后发现软段中含有2种聚合物单元的EPEBS更适合作为增稠剂用胶凝剂。Ditetrahydrofurylpropane(DTHFP)/tetrahydrofuran(THF)was used as complex regulation system in preparing styrene-isoprene block copolymers and styrene-butadiene-isoprene block copolymers,and performance of their selective hydrogenation products was studied.The results show that,the contents of 3,4-PI prepared with the DTHFP/THF binary regulation system is higher than that prepared with single regulator THF,however,the reactivity of the former is higher than that of the latter.Cyclohexane as solvent,two or three-stage method of addition,the mole ratio of 2,2-di(2-tetrahydrofuryl)propane and n-butyllithium(n(DTHFP)/n(Li)is 0.25,and the mole ratio of THF and n-butyllithium(n(THF)/n(Li))is 4.2,synthesized styrene-hydrogenated(butadiene/isoprene)block copolymers(EPEBS)and styrene-hydrogenated isoprene block copolymers(SEP).By comparing performance of SEP and EPEBS,soft segments containing two polymer-units are more suitable than EPEBS used as gelling agents for thickeners.
