摘  要:在反应釜内确保聚合物不发生降解和氧化的条件下,对超高分子量聚乙烯/高密度聚乙烯(UHMWPE/HDPE)共混物进行较长时间的高温熔融,并与溶液共混物进行比较,分析不同共混物的相形态和熔体流变行为。扫描电镜结果表明,常规熔融共混物在高温熔融过程中,HDPE分子链对UHMWPE粒子的扩散作用大幅增强,粒子数量和两相的差别明显减少,相形态明显与溶液共混物趋于接近。低频下的动态流变结果表明,高温熔融共混物的黏度明显提高,并类似于溶液混合物,随UHMWPE含量增加出现加速上升的趋势;同时高温熔融共混物的损耗角正切值明显减小,并在UHMWPE含量达一定值出现类似于溶液混合物的平台区。说明HDPE高温熔体可以对高度自缠结的UHMWPE颗粒起到溶胀甚至部分溶解的效果。The blends of UHMWPE/HDPE were treated at high temperature for a long time without degradation and oxidation.Solution blended sample was also prepared for comparison.The phase morphology and rheological behavior of samples by different preparation methods were analyzed.The SEM test indicates that the chain diffusivity of UHMWPE and HDPE is highly improved.The particle number and phase difference are decreased as a result.The rheological test shows that the viscosity of high temperature treated samples is highly increased and accelerating raised with increase of UHMWPE content and the values of loss tangent of high temperature treated blends are obviously decreased and a platform is been found when then content of UHMWPE reaches a certain value.The results indicate that highly self-entangled UHMWPE particle could be swelling and even partially dissolved by high temperature polyethylene melt.
