摘 要:本文提出了一种在传统气泡泵理论模型中引入阻力损失系数的新方法,考虑了从储液罐到发生器之间的阻力损失对气泡泵输送性能的影响,对气泡泵所输送的稀溶液流量进行修正计算,并给出了阻力损失系数与管径、浸没比的经验关联式。采用该新方法,对6 mm、8 mm和12 mm管径的R134a-DMF溶液气泡泵输送性能进行了实验数据和模型预测分析对比。结果表明,用本文所提出新方法和经验关联式所得到的预测结果与实验结果吻合较好,比传统气泡泵理论模型预测有很大的提高,为扩散吸收制冷系统的气泡泵输送性能优化设计奠定了良好的基础。This paper proposed a new correction method to predicate the transported weak solution flow rate by adapting a pressure loss coefficient based on the traditional mathematical model of the bubble pump,considering the influence of the pressure losses inside the tubes between the liquid tank and the generator.An empirical correlation including the pressure loss coefficient,lift tube inner diameter and submergence ratio of the bubble pump was also proposed.The transport performances of the R134a-DMF(N,N-dimethylformamide) solution bubble pumps with three inner diameter(6 mm,8 mm and 12 mm) lifting tubes were predicated with the new approach.The results showed obvious improvements were obtained by the new approach comparing with the traditional model,which lay a solid basis for the optimization design of the bubble pumps in the diffusion absorption refrigeration systems.
