摘 要:本文以铁矿石为载氧体,在小型流化床上分别考察了载氧体存在、气化温度和O/C摩尔比三个因素对生物质化学链气化过程的影响。试验表明,载氧体的加入提高了碳转化率,却略微降低了合成气产率。气化温度升高,碳转化率和合成气产率相应增大,CO和H_2产率升高,而CO_2和CH_4产率则呈单调递减的趋势。随着O/C摩尔比的升高,碳转化率变大,但所供给的氧量有所提升,导致了合成气产率的下降。This work selected hematite as oxygen carrier in chemical looping gasification of biomass.The presence of hematite,gasification temperature and O/C mole ratio were investigated in a fluidized-bed reactor.Results showed that the presence of hematite resulted in the increase of carbon conversion efficiency and the decrease of syngas yield.Higher gasification temperature was favorable for the increase of both carbon conversion efficiency and syngas yield.The gas yields of CO and H_2 increased with the gasification temperature,while the ones of CO_2 and CH_4showed a decreasing trend.Carbon conversion efficiency increased with the increase of O/C mole ratio.However,provided oxygen improved with the increase of O/C mole ratio,resulting in the decrease of syngas yield.
