摘 要:以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为模板剂,以铁(Fe)和锆(Zr)为原料,采用不同Fe/Zr摩尔比例,制备出Fe/Zr复合氧化物吸附剂,对吸附剂的比表面积、孔径分布、晶型结构和零点电位(p Hzpc)进行了表征。筛选吸附容量最佳的Fe/Zr吸附剂,考察了吸附条件对其去除水中Cr(VI)效果的影响,探讨了吸附动力学和等温线规律。结果表明:最佳吸附剂的Fe/Zr摩尔比为5/1,具有典型的介孔材料结构特征;该吸附剂在p H为2~8范围内均有良好的除Cr(VI)效率;30min内即可达到吸附平衡,最大吸附容量为60.90 mg/g。介孔Fe/Zr复合氧化物与现有除Cr(VI)吸附剂相比具有更高的吸附能力,是一种具有较好应用潜力的水处理除Cr(VI)吸附剂。Using cetyltrimethylammonium bromide( CTAB) as template agent,iron( Fe) and zirconium( Zr) as material,applying different Fe /Zr molar ratios,Fe /Zr composite oxide adsorbents were synthesized.The specific surface area,pore size distribution,crystal structure and zero potential point( p Hzpc) of the adsorbents were characterized. The adsorbent with the best adsorption performance was selected. The adsorption influencing factors,adsorption kinetics and isotherm for the selected adsorbent were discussed in detail. The results show that the best adsorbent,with Fe / Zr molar ratio of 5 /1,possesses typical structure characteristics of mesoporous materials. The adsorbent can maintain a good performance for Cr( VI) removal at a p H range of 2 ~ 8. It takes 30 minutes to reach the adsorption equilibrium. The maximal adsorption capacity is 60. 90 mg / g. Compared with existing adsorbents for Cr( VI) removal,mesoporous Fe / Zr composite oxide has better adsorption performance,and is a kind of adsorbents that has high potential for decontamination of Cr( VI) pollution in water systems.
