Abilities of living cell of Trichoderma koningiopsis were tested as adsorbents for the adsorption of Cu2 +from aqueous solution. Batch adsorption experiments were carried out to study the effects of contact time, the initial concentration, adsorbent dosage, different concentrations of alkali treatment and dosage of glucose on adsorption kinetics mechanism of Cu2 +. The best results( 5. 01 mg / g( wet)) were obtained at 100 mg / L initial copper concentration,3 g / L fungus quantity and 0. 2 mol / L alkali concentration. Tetracycline and organic matter can be degraded by Trichoderma koningiopsis before and after adsorption of Cu2 +,and the Trichoderma koningiopsis kept the life activity during the adsorption process. Results of the TEM indicated that removal mechanisms included the surface adsorption, complexation and cell-bioaccumulation. The FTIR analysis suggested that hydroxyl plays a mian role in biosorption. XRD analysis result showed that copper ions complex on cell walls in the form of posnjakite [Cu4( SO4)( OH)6H2O],it showed that the hydroxyl group is involved in adsorption. And the adsorption data fitted well to the Langmuir adsorption isotherm.
