摘 要:冶炼渣中的磁铁矿是在冶炼过程中产生的新生人造矿物,其晶体结晶习性与天然磁铁矿有较大的差别,通过常规选矿方法很难获得合格的铁精矿。针对某铜冶炼渣选铜尾矿开展了大量试验研究,通过采用磁浮联合工艺处理该冶炼渣可获得合格重介质产品、低品位铁精矿以及水泥原料,从而大大提高了冶炼渣的综合利用价值,对企业实现尾矿零排放、提高经济效益和社会效益具有重要意义。Magnetite from smelting slag,as a new artificial mineral produced in the smelting process,is very difficult to be concentrated for obtaining qualified iron concentrate,due to its crystallization is different from the natural magnetite.A large number of experiment studies were carried out on copper tailings from a copper smelting slag.The results showed that the combined flowsheet of magnetic separation and flotation could obtain qualified heavy medium products,iron concentrate with low grade and cement material,so as to greatly improve the comprehensive utilization value of smelting slag.The study provided an important reference for realizing zero emission of tailings and improving the economic and social efficiency of the enterprises.
