摘  要:我国环境监测由污染排放源单一监测,逐步发展为现在的排放源与周边环境质量监测,而对环境质量监测测点位的设计常存在盲区,监测结果不能完全反映企业周边环境质量现状与变化规律。引入黄金分割、属性抽样方法科学地设计测点,应用危险源与健康风险分析方法,在环境质量评价的基础上,进一步揭示潜在的重大危险源、健康风险影响,为企业针对性地进行管理,提供了科学的依据。Environmental monitoring in China gradually develops from the single emission source monitoring into the current combined monitoring of emission sources and surrounding environment quality.However,there are always blind spots in the location of measuring point for environmental quality monitoring,which caused that the monitoring results cannot fully reflect the surrounding environment quality status and changing rules for the enterprises.In this paper,golden section and attribute sampling were proposed to design the measuring point,besides,the analyzing method of hazard and health risk was applied.Based on the assessment of environmental quality,the potential major risk sources and health risk effects were further revealed,which provided a scientific basis for targeted management of the enterprise.
