摘  要:为了解引起狐、貉、貂流产的致病性大肠杆菌的血清型与毒力基因的流行情况,无菌采集流产仔兽或母兽的阴道分泌物进行病原的分离培养,经细菌形态观察、培养特性试验、生化试验鉴定出了4株致病性大肠杆菌。采用玻片凝集法测定了大肠杆菌病有关的血清型分布,用PCR检测9种毒力相关基因。定型菌株2株,分别属于2个不同的血清型(O107、O38)。9种毒力基因的PCR检测结果表明,ler、irp2、iutA、fyuA、astA、papC基因的检出率分别为100%、75.0%、50.0%、50.0%、50.0%、50.0%。同时携带ler、irp2、fyuA、iutA和papC基因的菌株致病性最强,该类菌对毛皮动物健康具有潜在威胁,应引起高度重视。To investigate the serotypes and virulence genes of pathogenic Escherichia coli in Qinhuangdao,a total of 10 tissue samples were collected from foxes,racoon dogs and minks.Four pathogenic strains were isolated from aborted fetuses and uterine discharge by routine bacterial isolation and identification technologies.The pathogen was identified as pathogenic E.coli based on its morphological,culture characteristics,biochemical characteristics.O serogroups were identified by agglutination with specific antisera.All strains were screened for virulence genes by PCR.Two O serogroups were identified,of which O107 and O38were dominant serogroups.In addition,the virulence genes were detected by PCR and the results showed that the positive percentage of ler,irp2,iutA,fyuA,astA,and papC genes in the 4isolates were100.0%,75.0%,50.0%,50.0%,50.0% and 50.0%,respectively.E.coli pathogenicity carrying ler,irp2,iutA,fyuA and papC gene will bring potential threats to the health of fur-bearing animal.
