摘 要:修圆优化是缓解钢筋混凝土岔管锐角区应力集中现象的有效措施之一。针对该措施对岔管水力特性带来的显著影响,作者选取Realizable k-ε模型,结合实际工程进行CFD数值模拟,在对岔管的流态特征与水头损失等进行分析的基础上,针对典型断面及管壁压强分布的不均匀性进行定量研究,给出了典型断面压强分布不均匀性衡量标准。结果表明,分岔处附近管壁压强分布不均匀且左右呈现较明显的不对称性,锐角区修圆半径的增大能略微降低岔管水头损失,正常发电工况下,修圆半径小于约0.5倍最大公切球半径时能小幅改善岔管流态,但继续增大修圆半径会恶化流态并增大近分岔处压强分布的不均匀程度。The stress concentration could be relieved by structure optimization with rounding on reinforced concrete bifurcation acute-angle-region. In order to study the influence of this measure on hydraulic characteristic,Realizable k-ε model was adopted. Hydraulic characteristics were studied with practical construction based on CFD,including flow characteristics and head loss. Furthermore,the unevenness of fluid pressure value was compared quantitatively with different typical sections for the first time. The degree of unevenness to typical each section was defined by measurement criteria. The results indicated that the pressure value of pipe wall is uneven especially around acute-angle-region. It has a slight effect on head loss of bifurcation when the value of the acute angle rounding radius increasing. The flow pattern in bifurcation could be improved when the value of rounding radius about 0. 5 times less than common tangent sphere radius under normal working condition. With the increase of the value of rounding radius the flow pattern could be deteriorated,and the unevenness of pressure value around acute-angle-region obviously would be increased.
