摘　　要：豌豆是中国重要的食用豆类之一,也是食用豆国际贸易的大宗品种。本文分析了世界豌豆的生产形势及其进出口贸易格局。世界豌豆种植主要集中在亚洲、美洲和欧洲。近30多年来,世界豌豆的收获面积呈稳中下降态势,豌豆总产量增长缓慢,平均单产也提高缓慢。豌豆的主产国有加拿大、俄罗斯、中国、美国、印度、法国等。豌豆的国际贸易在近30多年来迅速增长,贸易价格逐年提高。从贸易结构来看,豌豆的主要出口国有加拿大、俄罗斯、美国、法国、澳大利亚等,主要进口国有印度、中国、巴基斯坦、比利时、美国等。Pea is an important food legume in China,and it is one of large trade species in world edible beans market.This paper analyzed the production and trade situation of the world pea industry.Pea mainly be planted in Europe,Asia and America.In the past 30 years,the world pea harvested acreage was steady declined,and the total output of pea increased slowly,the average yield of pea increased slowly too.Canada,Russia,India,France and China are the main pea production countries.The world pea trade increased rapidly in the past30 years,the price of trade increased year by year.The world main export countries are Canada,Russia,USA,France,Australia,while the major importers of pea are India,China,Pakistan etc.
