商业银行经济资本管理影响机理研究——以金融环境约束为视角

摘　　要：经济资本管理作为世界主流商业银行的资本管理利器,已逐渐被国内大型商业银行加以利用。商业银行经济资本管理也成为研究热点并取得了丰富的研究成果,但现有文献多侧重计量分析,忽略了经济资本管理的影响机理研究。以"刺激—机体—反应"理论为基础,从金融环境约束的视角构建商业银行经济资本管理影响机理模型,该模型表明:金融市场环境、区域发展环境、社会经济环境、金融供给者、消费者和监管者等都是商业银行经济资本管理的重要约束因素。As the capital management tool of the world mainstream commercial banks,the economic capital management has gradually been used by the major domestic commercial banks. Even though there are many existing literatures on this subject,they mostly focus on the metrological analysis and neglect the study of the influential mechanism. Based on the paradigm theory of 'Stimulus-Organism-Response',the thesis developed the theoretical model about the influential mechanism of commercial banks' economic capital management from the perspective of the financial environment constraint. The model shows that the financial market environment,regional development environment,social and economic environment,financial providers,consumers and regulators are the important constraint factors impacting commercial banks' economic capital management. Therefore,when the commercial banks implement the economic capital management strategy,the impact of financial environment's constraint factors should be fully considered to improve the market competitiveness of commercial banks.
