摘 要:使用大学生应激性事件问卷(CSSQ)、成人希望特质量表(ADHS)和一般心理健康量表(GHQ-20)对463名大学生进行施测,在资源保存理论的视角下探讨应激性事件、希望和大学生心理健康的关系及其作用机制。结果表明:(1)应激性事件与GHQ总分以及抑郁、焦虑维度显著正相关,与希望、GHQ的自我肯定维度显著负相关;希望与GHQ的自我肯定维度显著正相关,与焦虑和抑郁维度显著负相关。(2)分层回归的分析结果表明,希望在大学生应激性事件对GHQ及其各维度关系的影响中起部分中介作用。To explore the relationship and mechanism among stressful events,hope and mental health,it investigated 463 college students with College Seniors Stress Questionnaire(CSSQ),Adult Dispositional Hope Scale(ADHS)and General Health Questionnaire-20(GHQ-20)from the perspective of conservation of resources theory.Results indicated that GHQ,depression and anxiety were positively related to stressful events,while hope and self-approval were negatively related to stressful events.Hope was positively related to selfapproval and negatively related to depression and anxiety.Furthermore,results of layered regression showed that the impact of stressful events on mental health of college students was partially mediated by hope.
