摘　　要：创新创业教育生态系统是国内外高校进行创新创业型人才协同培养的重要研究内容。为实现创业型人才培养目标,培养大学生的创业意识与创业精神,增强创业能力,必须完善和构建创新创业教育生态系统。本文通过借鉴国内外创新创业教育发展经验,搭建协同培养下创新创业教育校内、校外相结合的生态系统综合平台,深化高校与企业、行业、科研机构和社会之间的密切联系,构建"八个四结合"的生态系统,包括:更新先进创业理念、明确创业教育原则、提高创新创业技能、优化培养运行模式、丰富课程体系结构、完善实践教学体系、创新本科生导师制、提升生态系统服务。新创业教育生态系统的构建大大优化了创新创业教育的内容与策略,有利于培养满足市场需求、服务经济发展的高质量创新创业型人才。Ecological system of innovation and entrepreneurship education is the important research content of collaborative training of innovative and entrepreneurial talent in Higher Education at home and abroad. In order to re-alize the targets of cultivating entrepreneurial talents, and cultivate students' consciousness of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial spirit,enhance the capacity of entrepreneurship,the ecological system of innovation and entrepre-neurship education should be improved and constructed. Taking development experience of innovation and entrepre-neurship education at home and abroad for reference, this paper set up a comprehensive platform of ecological system of innovation and entrepreneurship education with the combination of within and without universities campus under the collaborative culture, to deepen the close relationships among college, enterprise, industry, research institutions and social construction;construct ecosystem eight“four combinations”, including update advanced entrepreneurship concept, clear entrepreneurship education principle, enhance innovative entrepreneurial skills, optimize training op-eration mode, enrich the structure of the curriculum system, perfect the practice teaching system, innovate tutorial system, improve ecosystem services. The construction of ecological system of innovation and entrepreneurship educa-tion can optimize content and strategy of innovation and entrepreneurship education, and culture high quality innova-tive entrepreneurial talent who meet the market demand and provide service for the economic development.
