摘　　要：近代著名谴责小说家李伯元是晚清报人中的重要一员,李伯元的文学之路是从办报开始的。办报贯穿李伯元生命的最后十年时间,他先是参与编辑《指南报》;而后创办《游戏报》,以诙谐之笔,写游戏之文,隐寓劝惩,成就"晚清文艺小报之巨擘";又改办《世界繁华报》,将时事新闻与小说等文学作品结合起来,办报效果突出;并主编《绣像小说》,李伯元小说创作一发不可收。其辉煌的报业生涯最终造就了他巨大的文学成就。Li Boyuan,a famous modern novelist,was an important member of journalists in late Qing Dynasty. His road to literarture began with newspapers,which ran through the last ten years of his life. He was an editor of the Guide Newspaper,rather than a founder. Then he founded the Game Newspaper,in which he inspired people with humorous and funny words,and achieved the Literary Tabloids Giant in late Qing Dynasty. Then he founded World Prosperity Newspaper to combine the news with literary works such as novels,and the effect was prominent.He also edited Illustrated Fiction in chief,and his novel creation endured. His brilliant newspaper career eventually led to his great literary achievements.
