摘　　要：本研究旨在构建指数评价模型,对江苏省公共体育服务体系示范区的创建过程实现科学量化评价。在梳理国内外公共体育服务体系涵盖内容的基础上,提出了本研究中公共体育服务体系的概念界定及其内涵要素,分析了指标设计中需要兼顾统筹的科学性、可操作性、可比性和实用性要求。在指标体系的经验预选基础上,经历了两轮较大规模的专家调查及指标筛选过程。采用层次分析法确定各指标权重,最后形成《江苏省公共体育服务体系示范区指标体系(1.0版)》。在对数据进行标准化处理的基础上,计算其综合得分,实现指数评价。The purpose of this study is to construct the index evaluation model,and to realize the scientific and quantitative evaluation of demonstration area of public sports service system of Jiangsu province.On the basis of combing the study of public sports service system at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the definition and connotation of the service system of public sports in this paper.Furthermore,the study proposes the design of indicators should follow the scientific,operative,comparable and practical requirements.On the basis of the experience of the index system,the index evaluation model experienced two large scale of expert investigation and indicators selection process.the paper used analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each indicators,and finally the 'Jiangsu public sports service system demonstration area indicator system(edition 1.0)' was proposed formally.On the basis of standardized data processing,it calculates the comprehensive score and the index evaluation is realized.
