金融对延边经济增长的影响分析

摘　　要：通过分析延边地区储蓄率变化、储蓄投资转化系数变化、各项存款余额与贷款余额同GDP的比值、金融业增加值与GDP的比值等一系列数据,可以发现,金融制约延边经济增长的主要原因有:金融资产总量少,存贷比过高、资金流出趋势明显,直接融资不足、中小微企业融资难,限制了经济活力、大量民间资本"休眠"与流失、延边金融体系本身存在问题等。为扩大金融对延边经济增长的积极影响,应大力发展直接融资,进一步完善延边的金融体系和配套设施,优化金融环境。Through analyzing changes of saving rate,changes of conversation rate of saving to investment,rate of saving balance to GDP,rate of loan balance to GDP and rate of added value to GDP,we can find the reasons why finance is restricting Yanbian economy are as follows:( a) the total amount of financial asset is small,( b) the rate of deposit to loan is too high,( c) financing is difficult because of an obvious trend of capital outflow and a lack of direct financing thus stifling economic vitality,( d) large amount of private capital is lost or dormant( stashed away in banks or kept in forms other than in market),and( e)Yanbian financial system itself has problems,etc. To expand finance's active influence on Yanbian economic growth,we should vigorously develop direct financing and optimize financial environment by further refining Yanbian financial system and its supporting facilities.
