摘 要:结合航空航天器制造业的特点,建立该产业竞争力的指标评价体系,并以23个省市数据为基础,采用主成分分析法对省际、区域该产业竞争力展开评价比较。进一步,构建计量模型,对影响产业创新绩效的因素进行分析。研究表明:省市间航空航天器制造业发展各有特点,区域内部发展很不平衡,科技创新因素对产业竞争力的贡献度最大;在创新绩效上,新产品开发经费、销售利润率、R&D机构经费支出、R&D经费政府资金与创新绩效呈显著的正相关关系,R&D人员投入的显著影响下,技术引进和改造经费支出与创新绩效呈负相关关系,但显著性不高。Combined with the characteristics of aerospace manufacturing industry,this paper establishes the index evaluation system of the industrial competitiveness and uses principal component analysis( pca) to make horizontal comparison of competitiveness of aerospace and aviation industry in different provinces,cities and regions based on data of 23 provinces. Econometric model is constructed to make in- depth analysis on the elements affecting innovation performance in the industry. Research show s that the development of aerospace manufacturing industry in the provinces and cities have their own characteristics,and the development within the region is very uneven. Technological innovation factor plays an important role in the industrial competitiveness. On the innovation performance,new product development funds,profit rate of sales,R&D institutions expenditures,R&D expenditure of government funds have significant positive correlation with innovation performance. The significance on R&D staff input is not prominent enough. Technology introduction and transformation of expenditures is negatively related with the innovation performance,but the significance is not high.
