土地流转与农户影子工资变化——基于江苏省的实证分析

摘　　要：利用农业生产函数、明瑟工资方程和Heckman两阶段法,定量检验土地流转后,农户影子工资的变化情况,并对影子工资与非农市场工资进行比较。结果表明,不论哪类农户的影子工资都低于市场工资,但转入户的影子工资明显高于未流转户和转出户,且与市场工资接近。此外,转入户、转出户的土地边际收益都与实际地租存在较大差距,说明土地流转市场还没有形成较为合理的价格机制。因此,为进一步促进土地流转,政府应建立健全土地流转制度,不断完善土地流转市场,以提高土地利用效率,实现土地资源的持续利用。This paper analyzes the change of farmers' shadow wage after land transfer. Methods employed include agriculture production function,Mincer wage function and Heckman two- stage approach,in order to quantitatively test the impact about land transfer on the farmers' shadow wage. The results show that the shadow wage for both rent- in households and rent- out households is significantly lower than the market wage,but the wage for the rent- in households is statistically higher than that for non- rent households and rent-out households. Besides,there is a big gap between land marginal output and the actual land rent,which indicates that land transfer market has not yet formed relatively reasonable price mechanism. Therefore,the government should establish a perfect system of land transfer and improve the land transfer market to increase the land use efficiency and achieve sustainable use of land resources.
