摘　　要：大学精神是大学的灵魂,是推动大学发展和兴旺的动力源,它是在大学长期发展的过程中形成的具有识别性的独特气质。针对大学精神"虚脱"的现状,从大学精神构成之诸要素的分析入手,引入文化认同的价值观教育,以主客体互动形式探索重塑大学精神之体系。University spirit,the soul of universities,is the power producer for their development and prosperity.It is the unique temperament with identifiability during the process of their development.Aiming at the collapse of university spirit,this paper started from constitute factors,brought in values education identified by culture,used interaction way between subjectives and objectives to remould university spirit system.
