摘 要:针对高压直流(或三相交流电整流后)输入场合的电火花线切割机床,提出了一种输入串联输出交错并联电流可调型电火花电源的拓扑结构,详细介绍了该电路的工作原理和控制策略。该电路克服了传统电火花电源能耗大的缺点,且使输入侧开关管的电压应力减半,从而可选用低耐压及低导通电阻值的MOSFET来替代高耐压的IGBT,以降低电源损耗、提高开关频率、减小变压器和滤波电感的体积。最后研制一台原理样机进行实验验证。Aiming to use the Wire Cut Discharge Machining machine( WEDM) with the high-DC input voltage( or the rectified three-phase AC voltage),an input-series and output-parallel current adjustable topology is proposed in this paper,and the working principle and control strategy of the circuit are introduced in detail. This circuit overcomes the disadvantage of high energy consumption compared with the conventional Electrical Discharge Machining power supply. Moreover,the voltage stress of the input side switches is reduced by half,thus the MOSFET with low withstand voltage and low on-resistance can be chose to replace IGBT to reduce the power loss,improve the switching frequency and reduce the volume of the transformer and filter inductor. At last,a prototype is manufactured to verify the theoretical analysis and the control strategy.
