摘  要:气力输送系统具有高效、节能、无污染等特点,在许多领域中都得到了广泛的应用。根据对工艺流程和用户需求的分析,为某公司的气力输送系统设计了一个基于PLC的控制系统。该系统采用西门子S7-300PLC作为控制核心,控制策略在step7中以梯形图的方式实现;利用组态软件WinCC Flexible 2007在多功能面板MP277上开发系统监控界面。实践证明该控制系统运行稳定可靠,并能把气力输送系统配料误差限制在3‰左右,这大大提高了企业的产品质量,增加了企业的经济效益。该系统具有一定推广价值。Pneumatic conveying system has been universally used in many fields as a result of its features of high efficiency,energy saving and pollution-free. The main purpose of this paper is to design a PLC-based control system for a pneumatic conveying system on the basis of detailed analysis of its technological process and user needs. After serious consideration,Siemens S7-300 PLC was chosen to be the control core of this system,while control algorithm was implemented in the form of LAD by using programming software step7. And Multi Panel MP277 was selected on which monitoring picture of the whole pneumatic conveying system was developed by configuration software Win CC Flexible 2007. Practices have proven that this control system is stable and reliable. What's more,error in batching process is limited to less than 0. 3 percent,which improves product quality greatly and creates enormous economic benefits to the industry. This system is of certain value to be popularized.
