摘  要:基于AT89C52单片机为核心控制器件,设计了一款高精度太阳能光伏电池测试装置。系统采用脉冲氙灯作为太阳模拟光源、以XTR110 V/I变换器为核心的数控电流源作为电子负载。采用四线制的接线方式和输出电流测量其电压的方法来获取被测电池的电流与电压值,得到该电池的I/V曲线及V<sub>OC</sub>、I<sub>SC</sub>、P<sub>CM</sub>、V<sub>M</sub>、I<sub>M</sub>等参数值。实验测试表明,在量程0<sup>2</sup>A与0<sup>1</sup>0A范围内电流测试精度能达到0.1%,并且电流参数能够实现任意预置,电流最小步进值能达到5mA。该测试仪设计结构简单、成本较低、携带方便、性价比高,特别适合对单体太阳能电池的测量。A new testing equipment of solar photovoltaic cell with high accuracy was designed and manufactured based on microcomputer on a single- chip used as the control core in this paper.The pulse xenon lamp was used as a light source,and XTR110 V/I converter as the core of digit control current source was used as the load.In order to obtain the I-V characteristics of the solar cell and parameters such as V_(OC),I_(SC),P_(CM),V_M,I_M,the values of current and voltage to be measured were acquired by using four wire connection mode and the method of measuring the voltage through output current.The experimental results show that the precision of this equipment can reach0.1%in its current ranges of 0~2A and 0~10A and the current parameters can be preset arbitrarily.The minimum step of current is5 mA.it has many advantages such as simple in structure,low cost,small in volume,high performance/especially suitable for measurement of single solar cell.
