摘　　要：为了提高用户对手机流量的监控,杜绝恶意流量吸费等情况发生,本文设计了一种基于Android平台的网络流量异常监控软件,分析了流量监控的关键技术,设计的流量监控软件包括数据提取模块、流量监控模块,数据管理模块,用户界面模块。最后,对系统功能进行测试。结果表明:该模块能够满足手机流量监测要求,用户可安全放心使用手机。In order to improve the user's mobile phone traffic monitoring,to prevent malicious traffic suction fee,this paper based on Android platform designs a network traffic monitoring software, including data extraction module, traffic monitoring module, data management module,user interface module,analyzing the key technology.Finally,It tests the system function.The results show that:the module can meet the requirements of mobile traffic monitoring and users can safely use the mobile phone.
