摘 要:目前,秸秆的汽化焦油经过蒸馏后所产生的物质与柴油混合的实验物已经受到越来越多的人的关注,二者混合后所得的混合物主要用于柴油内燃机中,并且作为主要燃烧材料。合理地应用秸秆的可燃性特点,达到了有效节约燃料资源的效果,不但节约了燃料,而且还能有效提升秸秆燃烧的节能效率,为燃料能源的节能技术研究奠定了牢固的基础。本文主要研究了秸秆的气化焦油在温度为150-205摄氏度之间,经过蒸馏之后所得产物能够替代柴油内燃机械燃料的研究实验。本次试验结果表明了,秸秆的气化焦油经过蒸馏之后的产物与柴油混合之后,能够成为柴油机械的一种良好的燃料,这类混合物燃料在燃烧的过程中,其排放性较好,并且能够有效提高柴油机械的动力性能。Currently,the material vaporized tar and diesel straw produced after distillation experiment was mixed has been more and more people's attention,and the mixture obtained after mixing the two is mainly used for the diesel engine,and as a major burning material.Reasonable application of straw flammability characteristics,reaching the effective conservation of fuel resources effect,not only saves fuel,but also to effectively improve the energy efficiency of combustion of straw,lay a solid foundation for the study of energy-saving technologies fuel energy.This paper studies the straw gasification tar at a temperature between 150-205 degrees Celsius,after distilling the resulting product can substitute for research experiments diesel internal combustion machinery fuel.The experiment results show that,after the straw gasification tar mixed with diesel product after distillation,can be a good mechanical diesel fuel,the fuel mixture in the combustion of such process,better emissions,and can effectively improve the dynamic performance of diesel machinery.
