摘 要:铁路道岔融雪系统对于列车运行安全和效率具有重要意义,但是,我国铁路线路现在普遍安装使用的电加热道岔融雪设备存在着明显的缺陷和不足。本文以电磁感应加热技术为基础,提出了一种新型道岔融雪系统的配置方案。并对系统结构进行了优化设计,简化控制模式,优化控制功能,减少室外轨旁设备的设置安装,消除故障隐患,以实现道岔融雪的高效化、节能化和自动化。Snow melting system for railway turnout is of great significance in the safety and efficiency of train operation.However,there are obvious limitation and deficiencies in the widespread snow melting devices with electric heating along the railway lines in China.Based on the technology of electromagnetic induction heating,a novel configuration scheme of snow melting system for railway turnout has been proposed in the paper.The structure of system has been designed to simplify the control mode,optimize the control function,and reduce the installation of outdoor equipment,which can eliminate the potential safety hazard and realize the high efficiency,energy saving and automation of snow melting.
