摘  要:常减压装置故障多发且引起故障的原因复杂,装置运行的好坏直接影响下游产品的质量,对常减压蒸馏装置故障采取诊断措施有利于整个工程的正常运行。本文应用Mamdani模糊推理构建故障诊断型专家系统,建立故障征兆和故障原因的规则库,再将输入故障征兆与输出故障原因可能性之间建立模糊蕴含关系,进行模糊推理,并基于CLIPS嵌入VC++完成专家系统运行环境,编制代码并录入,实现对常减压蒸馏装置的故障诊断过程。实验表明,本文模糊故障诊断专家系统在解决常减压装置故障的涉及变量多、原因不确定等情况中,具有一定的实用性和有效性。The fault of atmospheric and vacuum unit always occurs and the reasons which cause the fault are complex,and device will directly affect the quality of downstream products and raw materials. So fault diagnosis measures of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit are conducive to the normal operation of the project. Using the Mamdani fuzzy inference construction of fault diagnosis expert system,we build rule base of fault symptom space and fault reason,then built fuzzy implication relationship between output fault and input fault possible indication to fuzzy reasoning. And expert system based on CLIPS embedded VC+ + complete runtime environment,documenting code and keying to realize the course of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit. Experiments show that the fuzzy fault diagnosis expert system of this paper is practical and effective in the atmospheric and vacuum unit fault which involves variables and causes uncertainty.
