摘　　要：讨论了针对国网电力公司视频会议系统建设的实际需求,给出了具体的设计和实现。并对其中所涉及到的改造、扩容等关键问题进行了分析设计。这些结果可直接应用于如远程监控、教育、医疗、商务会议等多媒体通信系统,具有较大的实用价值。In this paper,the actual needs of the video conference system for the State Grid Electric Power Company are discussed,and the design and implementation of the system are given. And the key problems such as transformation,expansion and other key issues are analyzed and designed. These results can be directly applied to multimedia communication systems such as remote monitoring,education,medical treatment,business conference and so on.
