摘　　要：地铁是典型的设备密集型行业,且对安全要求非常高,保障地铁设备安全、高效运行的设备运维管理工作是地铁运营单位工作的重中之重。结合西安地铁设备运维管理现状,目前在工作方式、检修模式等方面存在的问题,为了达到地铁公司统一信息化管理平台的目标,研究通过应用物联网技术、状态检修、全面规范化生产维护体系等先进理论技术,建设综合、高效的设备运维管理系统。达到了提升西安地铁设备运维管理工作水平的目的。The metro industry is a typical equipment-intensive industry,and it requires high safety requirements. Work of equipment operation and maintenance management which ensures the safety and efficient operation of metro equipment is the most important task of Metro Inc. According to the present situation of equipment maintenance management of Xi'an Metro,the now existing problems in working and maintenance mode,the goal is to build a unified information management platform in Xi'an Metro. Construction of a comprehensive and efficient equipment operation and maintenance management system is researched combined with advanced theories such as internet,condition based maintenance,total normalized productive maintenance and son on. With the aid of the system,level of equipment operation and maintenance management of Xi'an Metro is improved.
