摘　　要：寿命试验是保证发爆器性能可靠的一项关键试验,但用于发爆器寿命试验的专用试验装置并不多,试验方法也相对比较落后。为此针对常用的不同型号的煤矿用电容式发爆器,开发了一种用于其寿命试验的装置,该装置以三菱FX系列PLC作为核心控制器,以触摸屏作为人机界面,以步进电机作为驱动器,通过配接负载电路实现了额定负载、半额定负载以及发爆器输出端子开路、短路等不同条件下的寿命试验,满足了GB7958-2000《煤矿用电容式发爆器》进行寿命试验型式检验的要求,大大提高了试验效率,并为煤矿安全生产增添了一道技术保障。Life test is a key testing to ensure reliable performance of exploders,but there is not a special test device for life test,and the test method is also not advanced. In view of the commonly used different kinds of Capacitor discharge type exploders for coal mines,developed a device for the life test,which consists of PLC controller,with a touch screen as man-machine interface,with stepping motor as drive,by adjusting load circuit to achieve the rated load,half rated load and Exploders output terminals are open or short and other life test under different conditions,meeting the life test type inspection requirements of GB7958- 2000 《Capacitor discharge type Exploders for coal mines》,greatly improving test efficiency,and added a technical support for the coal mine safety production.
