摘　　要：从营区室外射击场的现状条件、安全威胁、致灾因子等方面出发,运用GIS量化分析平台,将数据引入安全设计,重点探析了营区室外射击场的位置选点、自然挡墙设计、保护构建设计、阻隔栅栏设计等多方面内容,对营区室外射击场进行实景模拟和安全可靠性评估,以此提高安全设计的科学性、适用性。最后以某军校东区实弹射击场为研究实例,具体分析基于GIS技术的营区室外射击场安全设计过程与方法,为工程减灾和营区安全设计提供可靠的方法依据。Current conditions from the camp of the outdoor shooting range,security threats,hazards and other aspects of starting,quantitative analysis using GIS platform,the data into the safety design,the focus of the camp outdoor shooting range of choice of site location,natural retaining wall design,build protection design,design and other aspects of the content of the barrier fence,outdoor shooting range for the camp were simulated and real assessment of safety and reliability,in order to improve the safety design of scientific applicability.Finally,a military shooting range east to study live examples,specific analysis camp outdoor shooting range safety design process and methods based on GIS technology to provide a reliable basis for engineering mitigation methods and camp safety design.
