摘　　要：针对国家提出的"丝绸之路经济带"战略给体育事业带来的机遇,以陕西高校运动会为载体,提出一种基于UML建模技术的"丝绸之路经济带"高校运动会信息交流平台。通过UML建模技术、B/S模式、MVC架构、SQL Server 2012等分别对系统功能、整体架构和系统数据库进行了详细的设计,最后通过压力测试与模块测试,实现了陕西相关体育部门对高校大型体育运动会的组织、比赛等,为充实"丝绸之路经济带"的体育文化交流提供了参考和借鉴。for countries put forward the ' Silk Road Economic Belt' strategy to the undertakings of physical culture and sports brings opportunities,in Shaanxi Province college sports will as the carrier,the paper puts forward a kind of based on UML modeling technology of the Silk Road Economic Belt of college sports will information exchange platform.Through the UML modeling technology,B/S model,MVC architecture,SQL Server 2012 respectively on the system function,the overall system architecture and database of detailed design.Finally,through the pressure testing and module testing,the realization of the Shaanxi Sports Department of the large-scale sports organization,competition,to enrich the ' Silk Road economic belt' of sports and cultural exchanges to provide reference.
