摘　　要：随着我国电子计算技术的快速发展,电子计算机在会计核查领域得到广泛应用。会计工作传统的人工记账模式已无法适应时代发展要求,针对我国企业内部控制方面的要求,构建会计电算化系统对提升企业效益、减轻会计人员工作量发具有重要意义。因受到我国会计电算化管理体制的制约,结合中小企业开发财务管理所需的会计电算化系统势在必行。文中基于会计学相关知识为基础,使用信息管理系统(MIS)模式与C/S架构,采用SQL Server2000建立系统数据库,使用Delphi中的ADO组间为系统提供强大、快捷的管理空间,实现数据存储、凭证输入、总分类账目查询等功能,从而建立系统界面友好,便于操作和学习的会计电算化软件。表明,会计电算化管理系统实用性强、处理效率高,被越来越多的企业接受并广泛应用。With the rapid development of computing technology,the electronic computer is widely used in the field of accounting for verification.Accounting work of the traditional manual accounting mode is unable to adapt to era development request,for our country enterprise internal control requirements,the construction of computerized accounting system to improve enterprise efficiency,reduce workload accounting personnel is of great significance.Because of restricted by the accounting computerization management system in our country,combining with the development of small and medium-sized enterprise financial management needs of computerized accounting system is imperative.In this paper,based on the basis of accounting knowledge,use the management information system(MIS) mode and C/S architecture,system is established by using SQL Server2000 database,using Delphi ADO group of space for the system to provide the powerful and fast management,general ledger accounts to realize data storage,vouchers input,query,and other functions,so as to realize the system friendly interface,simple operation,convenient user study and use of computerized accounting audit software.Indicates that the accounting computerization management system,high processing efficiency,and accepted by more and more enterprises are widely used.
