摘  要:为了改善风电大规模并网引起的电网频率稳定问题,提出了一种基于变速风电机组的复合调频控制策略。加入虚拟惯性控制,增加风电机组的惯性,释放转子中储存的动能为系统频率提供支持;由于加入虚拟惯性控制后的风电机组参与调频后转子转速恢复速度较慢,采用桨距角减载控制,在频率下降时释放有功备用容量,加快转子转速恢复过程并减小电网稳态频率偏差。结合虚拟惯性控制和桨距角控制,有效抑制了负荷变化引起的系统频率波动,提高变速风电机组响应系统频率变化的能力。最后在MATLAB/Simulink平台上搭建模型,验证所提控制策略的有效性。In order to improve the mass grid caused by wind power grid frequency stability problem,this paper proposes a composite adjust frequency control strategy based on variable speed wind turbines,join the virtual inertial control,increase the inertial wind turbines,release the kinetic energy stored in the rotor provide support for the system frequency. Due to join the virtual inertia control of wind turbines in frequency adjusted,the rotor speed slow recovery,the lightening pitch Angle control,release the active standby capacity when the frequency is falling,accelerate the rotor speed the recovery process and reduce the steady- state frequency deviation of the grid. Combined with the virtual inertia and pitch Angle control,to effectively restrain the load frequency fluctuation caused by system,the ability of system frequency changes the response of the variable speed wind turbines. Finally in the MATLAB / Simulink platform structures model,verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
