摘　　要：以某化工车间乙二醇装置工程扩建改造为例,阐述了其核心设备-碳酸盐泵起动电路中加装智能马达控制器的设计方案及现场应用情况。通过实践,表明该设计方案能够完成控制要求,从而使得该装置达到稳定、安全运行的目的。Based on the transformation of a chemical plant ethylene glycol plant expansion project as an example,the design scheme and field application describes the core equipment- carbonate pump starting circuit of the installation of smart motor controlle. Through the practice,show that the design can complete the control requirements,so as to enable the device to achieve the purpose of stable and safe operation.
