摘　　要：以连锁超市配送中心为研究对象,通过分析发现现有运营流程中存在的问题,以流程再造理论为基础,通过物联网功能分析,优化设计超市配送中心流程再造方案,其研究结果不仅为大中型零售企业实施流程再造提供借鉴,同时对企业如何提升运营效率,增强竞争力有很强的现实意义。In this paper,chain supermarket distribution center for the study,the analysis found that the existing problems of operational processes. In BPR theory,functional analysis by Internet of Thing technology,design optimization supermarket distribution center process reengineering program,There seareh andanalysis result will Have reference value to retail com Panies when they implement the business Proeess Reengineering based on the technology of the Internet of Things.
