摘　　要：主要分析了新材料08Cr2AlMo专业管材在换热器制造过程中的工艺特点,介绍了其在制造过程中应采取的工艺方法和措施,以保证换热器的制造质量。通过焊接工艺评定,08Cr2AlMo钢具有较好的焊接性,可以保证管壳式换热器管束的焊接质量,焊接产品完全能够达到设计要求。The technological characteristics of new material 08Cr2AlMo professional pipe in the production process of the heat exchangers are analysed, the technical methods and measures should be taken in the manufacturing process are introduced, to ensure the manufacturing quality of heat exchangers. Through the welding procedure qualification, the 08Cr2AlMo steel has good weldability and can ensure welding quality requirement of tube and shell heat exchangers, welding products can completely meet the design requirements.
