摘  要:大厚度压力容器焊缝中经常会存在各种焊接缺陷,实施射线检测非常困难,特别是对现场超大厚度的容器,射线检测已成为约束其制造的瓶颈,超声衍射时差法为解决此类问题提供了一种方案。TOFD技术已解决了大厚度压力容器射线检测困难的难题,因此TOFD检测技术的应用对国内大型厚壁压力容器的制造及发展具有重要意义,且具有必要性和紧迫性。There usually exist various welding defects in the welded joints of large thick-walled pressure containers and it is difficult to perform radiographic detection, especially for on-site detection of the large thick-walled containers. Thus, radiographic detection technique has, in a way, hindered its manufacture. The Time of Flight Diffraction Technique provides a solution to this problem, getting rid of the difficulty of radiographic detection for the pressure container of large thickness. Therefore, it is of great necessity and importance to apply TOGD technique to the manufacture of the large thick-walled pressure containers.
