摘　　要：针对安全管控工作遇到的实际问题和管理现状,我们通过总结管理中的先进做法和宝贵经验,创造性地提出了"3+2"安全管控模式。在管控模式中,我们将"行为、设备和系统"三大运行体系与"培训、考核"两大保障体系建立起闭环式管理,使其相互服务、又相互监督。在运行方式上,我们通过开展全员标准化施工、倡导全员工艺创新、践行全员"343"管理法等多种形式,实现了体系运行中的"讲"、"做"、"考"三者的充分融合,使安全管控工作"科学化、合理化、规范化",进一步提升了测调工作的安全管控能力,进而全面提高了队伍的安全意识。In view of the actual problems and management of the status quo,in the safety management and control,we summarize the management of advanced practice and valuable experience,creatively put forward the'3+2'security management and control mode.In the control mode,we will'behavior,equipment and system'three major operating system and the'training,examination',the two major security system to establish a closed-loop security system management,making mutual services and mutual supervision.On operation mode,we carry out the full standardization of construction,advocate the overall technology innovation and practice of'343'of the whole management,and other forms,to achieve the system of'talk','do','test'the full integration of the three,make the safety control work of'scientific,rationalization and standardization',further enhance the ability to measure the work of safety control,and improve the safety awareness of the team.
