摘　　要：目前,潜油直驱柱塞泵技术已趋于成熟,但其性能测试主要采用井口憋压的方式,通过测试压力、电参等参数间接计算直线电机的举升力,计算数值与电机特性曲线误差较大,不能满足对设备性能的验证及评价。为此设计了一套潜油直驱柱塞泵机组性能测试装置,实现了对潜油直驱柱塞泵机组推力、行程、电参等参数的直接测量,可以满足对多种规格潜油直驱柱塞泵机组性能的验证及评价,并对潜油直驱柱塞泵机组测试装置进行了应用,分别对应用柔性控制柜和应用常规控制柜的潜油直驱柱塞泵机组性能参数进行了检测。At present,the technology of oil-submersible direct-drive plunger pump has become mature,but the performance test is mainly used in the way of wellhead pressure which indirectly calculates the lift force of linear motor by testing the parameters of pressure and electrical parameter.This method can not meet the verification and evaluation of the equipment performance because of the larger error between the calculated value and motor characteristic curve.So a set of performance testing device of direct-drive plunger pump was designed which can direct test the parameters of thrust,stroke and electrical parameter.This device can verify and evaluate the performance of the direct-drive plunger pump with many kinds of specifications.The test device of oil-submersible direct-drive plunger pump was applied to test the performance parameters of oil-submersible direct-drive plunger pump which is controlled respectively by flexible control cabinet and conventional control cabinet.
